2. We will not miss the company's accounts submission to Companies House deadline and corporation tax return deadline as long as the company's records are given to us within 2 months from the company's year-end date. 

3. The company's confirmation statement will be submitted on time every time as long as you approve and confirm that the confirmation statement information is correct on time.

4. You or your company will pay a fair share of tax to HMRC, not a single penny less or more. We will not participate in any kind of tax evasion scheme and policy that is not within the tax regulations.

5. We will review and conduct a tax review of your company's accounts and personal circumstances and apply all the exemptions and reliefs available.

6. Year-end accounts, corporation tax return, and personal self-assessment tax return will be finalized by UK-based chartered accountants.

7. Year-end accounts, corporation tax return, and personal self-assessment tax return will be shared with you before submitting. Without your approval, nothing will be submitted.

8. You will receive a reminder email from us regarding your and your company's tax payment with all the details you need to make the payment to HMRC correctly.

9. While we are working on your file, we will review to see if you can save money and tax and reduce costs such as mortgage interest, insurance, and other expenses.
